ProteaseTag® Active Neutrophil Elastase Immunoassay
The ProteaseTag® Active NE Immunoassay utilises ProteaseTag® technology for the quantitative determination of active human neutrophil elastase (NE) in sputum samples. This product is intended to be used for Research Use Only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
The Neutrophil Elastase immunoassay product is comprised of the following:
- Main kit box (58 cm x 38 cm x 35 cm); this should be stored immediately upon receipt at 4ºC (kit shipped on gel packs).
- Freezer box [39 cm x 27 cm x 28 cm); this should be stored immediately upon receipt at -20ºC (kit shipped on dry ice).
